Meet Jo, Salon Owner
& Stylist.
I started my hairdressing life studying at Dudley Technical college where i achieved my City & Guild qualification and an extra National Diploma too. I have owned my Salon formerly known as JR’s for 24 years. I have over 35 years experience and absolutely love what I do. Personally I prefer cutting & styling short styles, but still enjoy perming and I do love colouring. I’m so proud of our happy shop vibe, where all our clients are like a big family. Recently I added to our salon the lovely Dani, who has added a different dimension, and skills and is quite simply our balayage and foiling queen. We are so lucky to have a vibrant sociable way of working together as a great team. We are fun, caring, and passionate about our clients and their hair needs & goals and we all work together to look after our valued clients.

I’m Sandra the senior self employed stylist with over 40 years experience. I like welcoming my valued regular clients and meeting new clients and ensuring that their hair styles are exactly how they want them to be. The things I enjoy doing most are short cuts & blow dries, perming, and traditional shampoo & sets. As a previous salon owner myself, I’ve worked at Salon 18 for 23 years plus, there is nothing I enjoy more than having a good laugh and chat with clients and ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.
